 DO YOU OFFER A GUARANTEE?

Yes, we do! We are so sure you will be happy with the quality, longevity and value for money of our jewellery that we offer a 6 month satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us at info@lotusandluxejewellery.com.au with your order number, photos of your jewellery and an outline of the issue for us to review.

Please note that this guarantee becomes invalid if there is evidence the Care Guide has not been followed. 

WHAT IS IT MADE FROM? 

All Lotus and Luxe Jewellery is made with high quality 14k gold plating (half a micron thick) over nickel and lead free jewellers quality brass. This gives it a durable finish that is safe for sensitive skin. It is finished with a water and tarnish resistant protective coating to give you the longest possible finish at the most affordable price point. 

CAN I WEAR MY JEWELLERY IN WATER? 

Our jewellery has a protective coating applied over our gold plating to make it water and tarnish resistant. This means occasional contact with water will not damage your jewellery, turn it black, or make your skin green. However, all gold plated jewellery will fade over time, so we recommend removing it prior to swimming, bathing and sleeping to maximise the life of your jewellery. CAN I WEAR MY JEWELLERY AT THE GYM OR IN SALT WATER?

While wearing your jewellery to the gym or in the sea will not cause immediate damage, please note that salt water and sweat can leave a residue on the surface of your jewellery that can be corrosive over time. Wearing to the gym can also cause your jewellery to get grimy and dull your pieces. If subjected to these elements we recommend rinsing in plain water and thoroughly drying.

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?

Your jewellery will come beautifully packaged in our gift boxes and blush pink jewellery pouches. Please note to reduce wastage, items may be packaged together rather than individually. If you require them to be packaged separately for gifting please email us at info@lotusandluxejewellery.com.au

WHERE IS MY ORDER? 

You will receive an email confirmation email your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You will be able to track your order online. If you are having issues with tracking please contact us via email at info@lotusandluxejewellery.com.au

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes, we ship internationally with Australia Post. Please be aware that some international shipments may be eligible for additional custom fees and taxes. Any additional charge will be the buyer’s responsibility. Please view our shipping information here.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Due to the handmade nature of many of our items please allows up to 48 hours for us to make and ship your items. However most orders will be fulfilled within 24 hours. If you need your order urgently, please feel free to contact us at info@lotusandluxejewellery.com.au and we will do our best to expediate your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase therefore we offer immediate refunds or credit notes on items returned within 14 days of purchase. However please note that sale items are not eligibe for return, and due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned. Please contact us asap if you'd like to arrange a return.
