Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Lotus and Luxe Jewellery so we offer the following return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days to discuss the issue and arrange a refund or credit. 

Return requirements

  • Due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.
  • Sale items are not eligible for a returns.
  • We do accept returns on items that are a change of mind. Items may be returned for a refund or credit.
  • Return postage is at the expense of the customer. We recommend tracked postage so you can trace your delivery. Lotus and Luxe Jewellery takes no responsiblity for lost parcels.
  • Returned items must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, unworn and in original packaging. Refunds will not be processed or guaranteed until the items have been returned and items inspected. If they show signs of being worn, we will not be able to proceed with the return process.
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for returns to be processed once received back to us.

Faulty items

While we take pride in the quality of our jewellery, due to the handmade nature of some of our pieces there may be occasions where a faulty item is received. If this is the case, please contact us via email with your order number, a photo, and a description of the fault, so we can rectify it for you asap.


We are so sure you will be happy with the quality, longevity and value for money of our jewellery that we now offer a 6 month satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfiied with your purchase please email us at with your order number, photos of your jewellery and an outline of the issue for us to review.

Please note that this guarantee becomes invalid if there is evidence the Care Guide has not been followed.
