Shipping and Returns

Due to the handmade nature of many of our items please allow 1-3 days for production time prior to shipping.

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $100.  For all other orders please see below:

  • STANDARD SHIPPING - Standard Shipping within Australia. Includes Tracking Number - $8.00
  • EXPRESS SHIPPING - Express Shipping within Australia. Includes Tracking Number - $12.00
  • NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING - Standard Shipping to New Zealand. Includes Tracking Number - $15.00
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -  Standard Shipping Worldwide. Includes Tracking Number - $25.00

Australian and International Delivery Times - Please note this is only an approximate time frame and you may experience additional shipping delays. 

  • Australian Parcel Post - Approx 3-7 working days
  • Australian Express Shipping - Approx 1-3 working days
  • New Zealand - Approx 7-10 working days
  • USA & Europe - Approx 10-14 working days
  • Rest of world - Approx 14-21 working days

    Returns and Exchange Policy

    We want you to be completely happy with your Lotus and Luxe Jewellery purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us at info@lotusandluxejewellery.com.au to discuss the issue, and arrange a refund or exchange. 

    Please note:

    Returns must be sent back within 2 weeks of receiving your order, unworn and in original packaging. Please include a note with your name and order number.

    Sale items are not refundable and returns are only accepted if items are faulty.

    Earrings can not be returned due to hygiene reasons. 

    Incorrect or faulty items will be refunded or replaced and sent back with free postage.

    Items that are a change of mind will require the provision of a stamped, self addressed envelope to process and exchange. 

     

    Refunds can not be processed or guaranteed until the items have been returned and inspected.

    We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items.

    Lotus & Luxe is not liable for the loss of Jewellery items being returned.
